The beat returns to Ibiza

The island is calling, so follow the beat.

Back to Balearic business this September. Join us for a weekender of events on Saturday 27 & Sunday 28, checking in at some of the island’s gems, from the beaches to the hippy market at Las Dalias, via the old town.

On Saturday 27, we’re pleased to be jumping into one of Ibiza’s newest openings. No flashing lights or aerial acrobatics required here, though, as we’re heading to Pomelo Playa – a pitch-perfect little chiringuito on the beach at Cala Gracio, by our friends at Mambo. Serving mouth-watering bites and the right kind of ice cold drinks, expect a top secret line up of Beat Hotel friends and family soundtracking what should be a dreamy Saturday afternoon.

From there, it’s onto The Standard Ibiza for sunset sounds, bright ideas and dinner overlooking the D’alt Vila.  Featuring a live conversation between downtempo legend Nightmares on Wax and fashion designer/creative director Nicholas Daley, hosted by Jo Youle (Beat Wala). Sharing a deep appreciation and connection to sound system culture, they’ll cover their creative processes and inspirations, as well as how they ended up collaborating on the forthcoming N.O.W album (out on Warp this Autumn).  They’re joined by NTS resident John Gómez and Willie Graff providing sonic accompaniments to a rooftop dinner beneath the stars.\

Select from a seated dinner with a set menu including UP at The Standard’s elevated Mexican flavours or music-only standing ticket options with a complimentary welcome drink.

On Sunday 28, join us for a special takeover at Las Dalias where you’re invited to bask in sunshine, bask in hypnotic melodies and bask in glory, as we take it outside for one of the final Sundays of the season. Pascal Moscheni, Russ Farelo & Be.lanuit soundtrack the garden until 11pm, before Paula Tape, John Gómez & Lulah Francs serve up some late night dancefloor business in the club at Akasha.
