Sandwich Clubbing is our quest to find the best Club Sandwich in the world. A room service staple, we’re inviting some of our favourite chefs and restaurants to submit their creative takes on the classic.

First up for 2021 are East London legends Berber & Q. Lead chef and founder Josh Katz reveals just how to spice up your thighs with his secret harissa rub, then crack out the BBQ to create this smoking sarnie.
